Vicki Petersen, owner and founder, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She was Director of Internal Audit at Connecticut General (now Cigna) and a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche in the small business department. The decision to open Paper & Chocolate is a result of the marriage of her two enduring interests. Vicki has always enjoyed a love of paper, and has visited paper stores, collected unique cards, and met others along the way that shared her love of paper. As a member of Kaligrafos, the Guild of Book Workers, and the Craft Guild of Dallas, she has enthusiastically embraced the paper arts. One of her passions is baking and experimenting with chocolate, but after tasting exquisite chocolates in France, she became fascinated with the subtleties and texture of different chocolates. Vicki is excited to bring her business experience and entrepreneurial spirit to her love of Paper & Chocolate.
